Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader

That’s the role for a senior developer combined with a leadership role — you both write code and support the team’s growth while coordinating project work.

Your responsibilities

develop and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core (C#).
design and implement REST APIs.
work with databases (SQL, EF Core).
participate in architecture design, code and performance optimization.
maintain and develop existing system modules.
provide substantive support to the team, conduct code reviews, mentor.
task planning, estimations, backlog prioritization.
maintain high quality standards and best practices.
collaboration with the Project Manager, frontend team, and clients.
influence the technological direction of projects and work standards.

Requirements Must-have

Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET / .NET Core.
Excellent knowledge of C#, web application architecture, and design patterns.
Knowledge of SQL, Entity Framework Core, LINQ.
Experience with teamwork (SCRUM/Kanban).
Ability to conduct code reviews and solve technical problems.
Communication skills, independence, and responsibility.
English: B2/C1 (working with international clients).
Experience as a leader or tech lead.
Knowledge of microservice architectures.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Azure / AWS, CI/CD, Docker.
Basic frontend skills (e.g., React).
Experience with SaaS systems or “from scratch” projects.
