We are seeking an experienced and organized individual for the position of Technical Lead Engineer, who will lead our software engineers’ team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage technical projects.

Responsibilities:

Leading a team during the project execution.
Designing and developing advanced IT systems.
Implementing best practices in software development and application lifecycle management.
Developing and maintaining system architecture.
Solving complex technical problems and supporting the team on a daily basis.
Collaborating with clients to fulfill their requirements and ensure technical solutions to their expectations.
Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in system architecture design and application lifecycle management.
Knowledge of modern technologies and software development tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
Advanced level of English.

Preferred:

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps principles.
Experience leading international project teams.
