Responsibilities:
As a part of the Kruko sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively searching for and identifying new business opportunities.
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
- Ensuring lead data quality in the CRM system.
- Building and strengthening relationships with client representatives.
- Supporting and leading sales processes from the first contact to contract signing.
- Cooperating with subject-matter experts to prepare presentations, offers, and other materials that build client trust.
- Preparing commercial proposals and participating in contract negotiations.
- Ensuring a smooth hand-off to the engineering team to support successful project delivery.
As we work with clients in various time zones, you may occasionally need to adjust your working schedule and participate in calls outside regular business hours. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to attend industry events or client meetings.
Requirements:
As a candidate for an IT Sales Specialist, you should meet the following criteria:
- Required: experience in the IT industry selling software development services or IT outsourcing services.
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Experience supporting or conducting sales processes from initial contact to closing deals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling activities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to explore new approaches to acquiring clients.
- Ability to understand technology concepts well enough to communicate business value to clients.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience working with clients from the US, UK, DACH, Benelux, or Nordic markets.
- Experience in software houses, technology consulting companies, or IT service providers.
- Interest in AI, software development, and emerging technologies.
